The Holcombe Inn is a beautiful country hotel, located in a
most pleasant rural village less than thirty minutes drive

restful country inn and award winning restaurant. We are
ideally placed for a peaceful
weekend break in the Bath area. After a busy day shopping and
sightseeing, relax with a drink from our bar and watch the
sun setting over the nearby Downside Abbey or enjoy the balmy
summer evenings in our garden followed by a delicious meal in our
famed restaurant.
Bath Weekend Breaks
The famous Georgian City of Bath is just a few miles away.
Here we have the Roman Baths Museum where you can walk on
Roman Paving Stones and discover the secrets of Bath's unique,
natural thermal waters. The 15th century Abbey, the historic
Pump Rooms and the new Thermae Bath Spa located right in the
heart of the City. With just a short walk away, Georgian
architectural gems can be found - The Royal Crescent built in
the 1700's by John Wood, The Circus built slightly earlier by
his father and the Assembly Rooms which was the Georgian
centre of entertainment where musicians such as Johan Strauss
and Franz List performed. Also other landmarks such as
Pulteney Bridge, one of only two in the World with shops built
on each side of the bridge.
The Holcombe Inn offers 8 individually decorated ensuite rooms,
all of which have a
colour television, tea / coffee making facilities and a direct
dial telephone.
Room rates are £65 per room per night for a single occupancy
double room,
£85 per room per night for a standard double room including
full English breakfast and VAT. We can also accommodate
families.
